Kristina is a junior from Princeton, New Jersey studying Industrial and Labor Relations with minors in Business and Law and Society. Currently, she is interested in employment law with a focus on sex-based discrimination. On campus, Kristina is also involved in ILR SGA, her social sorority, and Sociology of Law research. Last semester, she worked with a Professor examining how social status affects jury deliberations and this semester Kristina will be working with the same Professor to analyze the effects of criminal records on the employment process. Over the summer, Kristina worked as a Human Resources Intern for a large benefits consulting firm and next summer she will be doing Management Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
